4 Days 3 Nights Salt Lick Safari Lodge – Tsavo West Wildlife Safari
Day 1 – Nairobi to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary
Pick up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and depart for the scenic drive to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. Arrive at Salt Lick Safari Lodge in time for lunch and check in. Relax before an afternoon game drive in search of elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife. Return to the lodge for dinner while watching animals gather at the famous floodlit waterhole below the lodge.
Day 2 – Full-Day Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary Safari
After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring the sanctuary with morning and afternoon game drives. Discover diverse wildlife including elephants, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, antelopes, and over 300 bird species. Return to the lodge during the hottest hours for lunch and relaxation before heading out for another evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Salt Lick Safari Lodge.
Day 3 – Wildlife Viewing & Lodge Leisure
Start with an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active. Return for breakfast and enjoy leisure time overlooking the waterhole where wildlife frequently visits throughout the day.
