3-Day Amboseli National Park Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Depart Nairobi at 7:00 AM and drive southeast through the scenic Kenyan countryside towards Amboseli National Park. Enjoy views of local villages and farmlands along the way. Arrive at your lodge/camp in time for lunch (1:00 PM). Check in and relax before heading out for an afternoon game drive from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Look out for large elephant herds, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Full Day Amboseli Safari Experience
6:00 AM - Early morning game drive to witness the sunrise over Mount Kilimanjaro and spot wildlife when animals are most active. Return to the lodge for breakfast at 9:00 AM. 10:00 AM - Full-day game drive with picnic lunch at a designated picnic site. Explore Amboseli's swamps, open plains, and Observation Hill while searching for elephants, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, wildebeest, hippos, and over 400 bird species. Day 3: Amboseli to Nairobi

Return to the lodge for breakfast at 8:30 AM. 10:00 AM - Check out and depart for Nairobi. Optional visit to a traditional Maasai village to learn about the Maasai culture and way of life (extra cost $20 per person). 1:00 PM - Lunch en route. Arrive in Nairobi at approximately 3:00 PM for drop-off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
